You know, rioting might not be smart, but it is only the effect of not knowing what to do about a situation that makes you anxious and therefore you panic. I wonder how many in the British school system right now that wonder if they will be able to finish the education they started and also wonder if the government is working for or against them. A government is supposed to work for its people, look out for its people and hopefully fear or at least respect its people. The riots are therefore explicable. Lets hope as few as possible are hurt in the process and that the British government reconsiders this stupid decision.
